Our Coffee Subscriptions
Having your favorite batch-roasted coffee delivered to your door is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Select your preferred frequency. You can have your coffee delivered to your door on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
(Please note: due to their limited availability, our seasonal single origin or micro-lot coffees are not eligible for subscriptions.)
2. Select your quantity. Let us know how many bags of coffee you’d like to receive with each order: 1, 2, 3...as many bags as you'd like!.
3. Proceed through check-out.
It’s just that simple! You are now on your way to automatically receiving your Public Domain coffee as often as you need your coffee-fix!

Q. Can I choose different frequencies for each product?
A. YES! Simply indicate your preferred frequency and we’ll take it from there, delivering each product when you need it.
Q. Do I get the discount if I have two separate subscriptions?
A. YES! You will receive the 15% discount for all subscriptions.
Q. How do I manage my Subscription?
A. Simply log into your account. On your Account Page you’ll see the option to Manage Your Subscriptions.
Q. Do I have to have an account to participate in the Subscription Program?
A. Yes. By creating a customer account, it allows us to retain your shipping and billing information, as well as your Subscription product preferences. (Don’t worry, we never share our customer list with anyone!)
Q. Can I use a coupon or discount code with my Subscription program?
A. When you make your first purchase of product in the Subscription program, you CAN use any available discount code to receive an additional discount on that first order. Discount code SUBSCRIBE will give you an extra 15% discount, for a combined discount of 30% off your first subscription.
Ongoing shipments will be charged at the regular Subscription price.
Q. When will my product ship?
A. Orders are processed on Wednesdays and shipped on Thursdays of each week. Your subscription order will ship bi-weekly or monthly on the corresponding Thursday. Monthly subscriptions will ship on the Thursday closest to the same day of the month as your initial order.
Q. What if I want to receive my coffee more, or less, frequently? Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
A. YES! Just go to the Manage Subscriptions section of your account. Click on “Edit Subscription” and make any changes. (Note: changes should be made by the Sunday of your shipping week.)
Q. What if I need to delay one shipment only?
A. It’s easy to change your shipment date through the Manage Subscriptions section of your account. Just click on the calendar icon in the “Next Order Date” field and you can adjust your next shipment date to any future date.
Note: changes to shipment dates or frequency should be made by the Sunday BEFORE your upcoming shipment date.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
