I have been a barista since 1998…and still there is so much more to learn. I approach the ever changing world of coffee without ego or expectation. I just try to absorb all the information I can and execute to the best of my ability. I love tasting all the flavors the farmer intended in a clean cup of pour over …but nothing beats the sweet caramel chocolate of perfectly pulled espresso.
Outside of work, I love digging in my garden, romping with my puppy, laughing with my husband, and cooking tasty meals.
