After working specialty coffee in Eugene, helping to open two different cafes, and meeting the love of my life in my favorite cafe, I decided to take my game to the coffee capitol of the nation. Now I find myself among the finest and most talented baristas in the nation.
I’m perpetually excited by the never ending research and experimentation that goes into coffee and the growth of coffee as a delicacy and I am an advocate for precision, accuracy, and detail that must be preserved from seed to cup.
