In the Apaneca-Ilamatepeq Mountains of El Salvador, the Menéndez family has grown coffee for almost 50 years near the Cerro las Ranas (Mountain of Frogs), and this Pacamara is their prized product. The farm borders untouched rainforest, where the coffee grows in harmony with wildlife. This coffee is memorable for its malty aroma with flavors of black walnut, apricot and sage; crisp body and a sweet potato finish.
